With Team Audits, you can easily change the order of questions in your audit templates. Here’s how:

  1. Log into Team Audits as the team leader.
  2. In the “Manage Audits” tile, click the Edit icon next to the audit template that you want to work with.
  3. In the “Audit Questions” tile, use the “UP” and “DOWN” arrow buttons to rearrange the questions.

To move a question up, click the “UP” button next to it. To move it down, click the “DOWN” button next to it.

Notice the “Order:” text beneath the up and down arrow buttons. This is an index and indicates the priority of the questions. For instance, the higher the index, the further up the order the question will appear. If two or more questions have the same order index, they will be in the order that they were created in (until you start moving them around).
