The team leader can add as many team members as needed. Note that costs are associated with teams. The more people in your team, the more it costs. However, the costs are low and are in stages. For example, you can have up to 5 team members (including the team leader) at a cost of $25 per month. Then up to 10 users is $50 per month. And so on. Prices are clearly available when you opt to change your plan. Payments are on a subscription basis and are paid through the secure Stripe payment system.

  1. As the team leader, log into Team Audits.
  2. In the “Settings” tile, click on the “Teams” link.

You will see a page similar to the screenshot below:

There are three tiles in this page. The top-left tile is for navigating to different settings pages.

The top-right tile allows you to create a new team. Each team needs a subscription of it’s own. You can have as many teams as you like. For example, you might want to have a team of auditors in Australia and another team of auditors in the US and another in the EU and you might not want them seeing the same audit templates and subjects so you can split them up by creating new teams – one for each geographic area.

Another reason to split teams is because you’re reselling Team Audit as a service to your clients. You can create a team for each of your clients and then invoice them individually for the bundled services that you’re providing to them.

The bottom-right tile is where you can see your current teams and edit them. You need to edit a team to change the subscription level for that team.

To change the subscription level of a team, click the “Cog” icon next to the team. Notice that you will have at least one team already there. That team was created automatically for you when you (the team leader) signed up to Team Audits.

As you can see in the screenshot above, you have 4 tiles. Within the “Team Billing” tile, click the “Subscriptions” link. Now you can change your subscription to any level most appropriate for this teams needs.

Tip: In this window (the screenshot above) you can remove people from your team, change your teams name and even set an icon/logo for your team.
